The Clothes Closet is a service project - the Round Rock ISD Council of PTAs provides gently used clothing, as well as new socks and underwear, to Round Rock ISD students.  Parliamentarian: The PTA uses a simplified version of Robert's Rules of Order. The Parliamentarian ensures that the proper rules are followed at meetings (ex: voting process) and also completes the short financial review each month (this includes verifying deposits and ensuring no suspicious checks or withdrawals have been issued.
