PTA's BIG Gift to Teravista

Wonderful to see so many students, staff and parents enjoy some shade under the new canopy.

Every fundraiser, volunteer hour, and act of support helps the PTA invest back into our school. Today, we're celebrating one of those investments: a beautiful new outdoor classroom with a permanent canopy and seating area. Designed to expand learning beyond the classroom walls, this space will benefit Teravista students and teachers for many years to come. Thank you to our dedicated PTA leaders, both past and present, and to every parent, staff member, and student whose participation made this lasting gift a reality. Together, we made this happen!

Calling All Young Artists — PTA Reflections Art Program!

Is your child bursting with creativity? The PTA Reflections Program invites students to express themselves through visual art, writing, music, dance, film, and photography — all inspired by this year's theme "What My Culture Means To Me". It's a wonderful chance for kids to explore their imagination, build confidence, and be recognized for their unique voice. Entries are open to all grade levels, and no artistic "skill level" is required — just enthusiasm!

New to Teravista Elementary? Volunteer in the Library!

If this is your family's first year at Teravista, volunteering in the library is a simple way to get familiar with the school and stay involved in your child's day. You'll spend time in the space where your student picks out books each week, meet the staff, and get a firsthand look at how the library supports our 850+ students.

No experience necessary—just an hour of your time. It's an easy, low-commitment way to feel more connected to school life this year.

Meet Your PTA President- Stephanie Sheridan

Hi, my name is Stephanie Sheridan. My husband Bryce and I have two children who attend Teravista. Brodie is in fourth grade and Bailey is in Second grade. We love to travel and love all things Disney! I used to be a teacher at Teravista in Second Grade, but became a stay at home mom once my son was born. But I quickly learned that I couldn’t stay away, so I started volunteering at Teravista making copies for teachers and helping the librarian coordinate the book fairs. I love supporting the students and staff. As the President of the Teravista PTA, l help set the agendas and lead our meetings. I will work with the principal, school staff and our wonderful board members to organize events and fundraisers to support students, families and our school. We are so blessed to live in such a wonderful community and be a part of this school.

WOW — thank you to everyone who came out to our Chipotle Spirit Night on September 16th! Your support helped Teravista Elementary PTA raise $693.32! We are so grateful for this incredible community. Every burrito, bowl, and chip made a difference for our students. Stay tuned for more Spirit Nights coming up — we're just getting started!
