Calling All Young Artists — PTA Reflections Art Program!

Is your child bursting with creativity? The PTA Reflections Program invites students to express themselves through visual art, writing, music, dance, film, and photography — all inspired by this year's theme "What My Culture Means To Me". It's a wonderful chance for kids to explore their imagination, build confidence, and be recognized for their unique voice. Entries are open to all grade levels, and no artistic "skill level" is required — just enthusiasm!

Deadline to submit: October 31st

Encourage your kiddo to create something amazing — we can't wait to see what they come up with!

Spiritwear Update!

All TVE spiritwear orders will be delivered no later than Tuesday, 10/6. Please reach out to spiritwear@teravistapta.com if you have not received your order by then.

If you ordered a Tiger Zip-Up hoodie, please label the tag with your child’s name so it doesn’t get misplaced or end up in the lost & found!

Got a Free Hour During the School Day? We Could Use It!

If your schedule gives you some flexibility during school hours, our library would love to see your face! We're looking for daytime volunteers to help shelve books, assist students during library time, and keep things running smoothly for our 850+ students. It's a great way to stay connected to your child's school, see what a day in the library looks like, and meet other Teravista parents—all while making a real difference.

Just an hour here and there fits the bill. No experience needed, just a willingness to help during the school day.

Contact PTA Library Chair, Anne-Marie Garza, annemarie.garza@yahoo.com to learn more or sign up.

Get to know the PTA- Vice President 1- Ozum Yuksel Riehm

Hello, Teravista families! I'm Ozum Yuksel Riehm, and I'm truly honored to serve as your Vice President 1 this year. I'm originally from Turkey, and my husband Andrew and I are proud parents to Kiki and our two fur-baby kittens, Gigi and Lily. Kiki just started kindergarten at Teravista, and from the moment I first toured the school with our principal to every drop-off and event since, Teravista has felt like home. We're so grateful for the kindness everyone has shown our family. We're a nerd family who loves books, anime, board games, and video games, and we love spending time together, whether at home, at gatherings, or on the road, especially on road trips to our favorite place, Disneyland! I also treasure my time volunteering in the school library. As Vice President 1, I have the joy of supporting our committee chairs as they bring to life the programs and events that make Teravista so special. I'm looking forward to working hand in hand with our board, teachers, and families to make this a wonderful year for every child. Please say hello when you see me around campus. I'd love to get to know you!
